J Martin Taxidermy is a family run business with Jesse Martin, along side his wife, Kacy and two young boys, Walker and Colt.

Jesse was born and raised in the sunny Okanagan. Like his father and grandfather before him, he spent much of his childhood in the wilderness hunting and fishing. Jesse was surrounded by taxidermy at a young age, growing up in home that resembled more of a museum than a house.  

Jesse was excited for him to relive moments of his past through the mounts showcased on the walls.  As time passed, Jesse knew he wanted to have a career in a field he was passionate about. 

Jesse studied wildlife and forestry conservation through the International Career School of Canada. While doing so he had become fond of doing taxidermy for friends and family. It soon became a passion and J Martin Taxidermy was founded.

Since then Jesse has consistently strived to excel in his field. He has completed training at the Penn School of Taxidermy and annually attends seminars and conferences at taxidermy conventions nation-wide.
